Universal Grinder Machine

The Precision Universal Grinder Machine is used to grind work pieces up to 2000 mm in length. The one-piece machine base is made of close grain alloyed cast-iron up to required hardness and well-ribbed exceptional static and dynamic rigidity, sufficiently rigid to prevent vibration and distortion. The guide ways are flat on one side, V-type on other and are precision hand scraped to match corresponding surfaced of the table slides. Zigzag type oil groove in the flat and V through hand pump and constant automatic provides continuous oil filament for easy movement of table and less wear and tear. Lubrication system in flat and V is through hand pump, and in hydraulic system by constant automatic oil lubrication in the hydraulic system. The table is in two sections, lower slide having flat and V-ways, finely hand scraped resting on bed ways. The top table is pivoted at its centre on which work head and tailstock is located and can be swivelled for taper grinding by screw with accurately graduated scale facility, exact angular setting, fine adjustment for correction of cylindrical and precise setting of taper with dial indicator. Appropriate work-head, tailstocks, grinding wheel heads, internal grinding systems, hydraulic power pack unit and standard equipment are included.
