Universal Grinder Machine, 450 mm

Hitesh Engineering Works offers a precision Universal Grinder Machine. HEW 450 mm. This is a heavy-duty machine for high precision grinding of gauges dies and punches dies, and punches for tool room applications with an accuracy on diameter 0.002 micron. The one piece machine body is made from closed grain casting maximum grinding length 450 mm, and height centre 130 mm. The table is flat on one side and V on other side, the Turcite B linear material coating precision hand scraped to match corresponding surface of the guideways. The machine is equipped with a centrally motorised lubrication unit. The grinding wheel spindle is made form EN-24 material, case hardened and super finished, which runs in white metal bushes for smooth running of grinding wheel. The grinding wheel size is 350 x 38 x 127 mm, the grinding wheel head swivelled 45 degree movement through rack and pinion. The work head spindle has angular contact bearings matching pair having eight speeds. Extra equipment on request is available. The company also manufactures grinding machines in 300, 600, 800 and 1000 mm sizes.
