Surface Grinding Machine

Pinnacle Engineering Enterprise offers fully automatic programmable cycled surface grinding machine, Model FASGM 10030 (with table size 1000 x 300 mm). This is specifically designed keeping in mind the requirements of grind plate type jobs in single piece, in small or large batch quantity, in the shortest possible time at minimum possible cost. The hydraulic power pack is redesigned to get maximum table speed up to approx 25 m/min with minimum hydraulic motor power. The hydraulic power pack also provides auto dressing in auto cycle or in dressing mode; and automatic lubrication to longitudinal and cross feed guide ways with cross feed rolled ball screw. There is also provision for automatic intermittent motorised lubrication system for vertical feed guide ways and ball screw for vertical feed. The power pack is also equipped to filter partial flow of oil to improve quality of oil slowly and a gauge shows continuously the condition of oil. The cross feed is through DC servo motor, which provides facility for intermittent feed grinding or continuous grinding along with hydraulic table movement to get best possible grinding results – maximum possible productivity with optimum level of surface finish and accuracy, if proper grinding dates are maintained. The vertical feed is through servo motor and ball screw to get minimum possible increment of 0.001 mm with provision to have rapid power elevation as 400 mm/mm in cycle grinding or in manual mode with MPG (electronic hand wheel). All the three guide ways: longitudinal, cross and vertical feed are coated with Turcite-B material which facilitate minimum possible wear and teat along with auto lubrication system.
