The grinding accuracy on the machine is guaranteed and all controls of the machines are within easy reach of the operator. The machine is built of heavy-duty castings, which supports the saddle and column of the vertical feed mechanism. The grinding wheel spindle is mounted on preloaded grease packed super precision angular contact anti-friction bearings, ensuring trouble free service for a long time. The spindle is directly driven by flange mounted motor (to eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings. The wheel head assembly is mounted on a heavy column enclosed guide ways with cover to keep them dust free. The carriage is perfectly hand scraped and matched guide ways provided to achieve maximum accuracy and surface finish.
