The hydraulic surface grinder, Model CK-60 from Elitech Machine Tools, is available in table size: 600 x 300 mm. The machine is designed and introduced in market keeping in mind the requirement of users for rigid and more precise machine, which can be used for production as well as tool-room applications. General: the machine has robust base structure and fixed column design; the heavy box type column casting with honeycombed ribbing is rigidly clamped to heavy base casting; the cartridge type spindle unit is fitted with pre-loaded super precision bearings, grease packed with imported grease to have long life trouble free service; the spindle is directly coupled to the motor with flexible coupling to have positive power transmission and there is no belt to avoid belt tension; and effect of belt on surface finish is also avoided and assured for achieving maximum possible surface finish.
