Surface Grinder

Aavinder Engg Works offers a horizontal hydraulic Surface Grinder, HH Series. This is a heavy-duty grinder designed with the latest technology to suit the precision grinding of the dies, punches and various types of other tool room jobs. The machine is made of rigid and close grained castings. Cross and longitudinal guideways are scraped up to close tolerances and vertical guideways are of castings. Taper wedge has been provided for precision grinding with the provision of proper lubricating system. The controls are so arranged that the machine can be operated from all convenient angels to avoid operator fatigue. The grinding spindle head is coupled to electric motor. The longitudinal feed hydraulic automatic and cross feed is with the mechanical ratchet system. Vertical movement is by hand with rapid and feed arrangement for fine feed.
