Surface Grinding Machine – Manual Series

Pinnacle Horizontal Surface Grinding Machine with manual table drive model GSM-4525 with table size 450 x 250mm is designed with new – concept having linear guide ways for the easy table movement with wire rope drive to avoid pitch marks usually observed in rack and pinion drive (chatter) on the job ground. With this arrangement the flatness accuracy and grinding finish are achieved as achieved in hydraulic drive precision surface grinding machines. The machines are tested as per IS Test Chart. The flatness accuracy of within 10 micron and surface finish of within 0.4 to 0.8 micron RA are standard features. The other models are GSM-4520 with table size 450 x 200mm and GSM 6030 with table size 600 x 300 mm.
