Surface Grinding Machine, Large Size

Pinnacle Engineering Enterprise offers large size surface grinding machine (Model GSH-8) with table size 800 x 400 mm and (GSH-8 Jumbo) with table size 1000 x 500 mm, in hydraulic as well as NC/CNC versions. These have rigid construction and high motor power for higher metal removal rate. The longitudinal table drive of the machine is hydraulic with separate hydraulic power pack and solenoid valves. The grinding machines are provided with reversal cushioning device to facilitate soft reversal of the table. Table speed is infinitely variable from 1 to 18 m/min. Spindle centre above the table is 525 mm and rapid vertical movement is 140 mm/min with least count of 0.001 mm. Cross slide along with grinding column travel on one Vee and one flat guide ways are Turcite-B lined. The drive is electro-mechanical by means of trapezoidal lead screw and adjustable split nuts. The backless of the same can be adjusted. Auto cross feed is infinitely variable from 2 mm to 35 mm per stroke and rapid job positioning speed is 1200 mm/min. Grinding spindle housing is assembled with super precision bearings grease packed with imported grease for long trouble free service. Controls are provided to control the flow of lubrication oil in to guide ways. The company also offers various other models from 450 x 200 mm and 450 x 250 mm size manual surface grinder with ball guideways and wire rope drive along with 500 x 200 mm, 750 x 250 mm and 1000 x 300 mm hydraulic surface grinding machines and FASGM 10030 fully automatic surface grinding machine and CNC 3 x 8040 grinding machines.
