Spindles

Multi Precision Technologies manufactures high speed grinding spindles used in operations like surface grinding, internal grinding, tool & cutter grinding, thread grinding, etc. The spindles are made from alloy steel, and components are stress-relieved, hardened and stabilised to maintain accuracy even after long period of use. The spindles are fitted with (super precision) matched pair imported bearings, precisely preloaded and packed with imported grease. All the components are dynamically balanced for high accuracy, surface finish and excellent performance even at high loads. Labyrinth sealing at front and rear covers are provided to protect the spindle against infiltration of dust, chips, etc. Reconditioning of imported and Indian spindles is also undertaken.
