Bacteria and fungi are the enemy of metalworking fluids. For generations, chemists and lubricant technologists have been working to minimise their adverse effects on metalworking fluids. ROCOL have taken a new approach, developing a synergistic system of cutting fluid, slideway lubricant and tapping fluid. All 3 work together to maximise metalworking fluid life and performance. Ultracut 370 Plus: high dilution, semi-synthetic general purpose water mix cutting and grinding fluid formulated to provide optimum performance at high dilutions on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Ultracut 320: a high performance, extreme pressure, semi-synthetic water mix product ideal for medium/severe cutting and grinding operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Ultracut 390H: a general purpose, semi-synthetic, water mix cutting fluid, with a 40% oil content. It is suitable for light/medium operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals; and provides a high level of corrosion protection and has a long and predictable sump life.
