The automatic cycle operates as follows: rapid approach, rough feed, coarse feed, fine feed-spark out and rapid return of wheel head and in feed retraction. The total amount of in feed and fine feed along with feed rate for course and fine feeds, is also selectable and interspacing with any type of in process gauge is also available optionally. For long jobs selection is available for terminating the grinding cycle at left/right end position of the table. Cross slide is more rigid having 320 mm width and coated with Turcite-B slid way material to prevent stick slip motion or mount with LM guide ways optionally.
