Pedestal Grinders

Vijay Machine Tools offers Elmaco heavy-duty double-ended Pedestal Grinder suitable for use for forging industries, foundries and for heavy-duty grinding jobs. All machines are provided with eye shields, DOL starter, grinding wheels and adjustable tool rest plate. The model is also available in a coolant version with coolant pump, coolant tank, coolant tray and fittings. Each machine is also provided with one coarse and one medium aluminium oxide grinding wheel. The range of production is from 0.75 kW to 2.25 kW, in 3-phase 415 V. The speed of the machine at rated load is 2800 RPM up to 1 HP and 1420 RPM for 2 and 3 HP machine. Special machine suitable for different voltage supply or frequency are also manufactured. The company also manufactures bench grinders, abrasive belt grinders, bench polishers, pedestal buffers, flexible shaft grinders, monoblock coolant pumps and electric motors.
