Riya Electrodes offers an ultra-precision micro-grinder manufactured by NSK Nakanishi Inc., Japan. This electrically driven tool comes with features like: digital display enhances further safety and efficiency; compact and functional design made easy to carry around; and soft touch switches permit easy operation and long service life. NSK Smart switch: the switch provides a click sensation and a confirmation tone is produced by the control unit when the switch is operated. The motor type is distinguishable by the switch colour. Advanced coreless DC motor is the heart of the system: high performance samarium cobalt (rare earth) magnet; light weight, compact, extremely reliable and ultra-durable; RPM variation is minimal even when load changes, allowing difficult and stable cutting and grinding operations to be performed; provides superior quietness from low speed to high speed and stepless speed control; and the life expectancy of the carbon brushes is about three times that of conventional DC motors. There are 19 types of attachments for all type of applications: capable of infinite applications with 16 different hand-pieces and 3 types of intermediate attachments; and interchangeable with attachments from the Electer-GX and Rotus system. Other features include: one touch tool changing ? lever type (IH-300); lever operated open/close chuck (90?); ring type (IR-300) ring operated open/close chuck; and various collet chuck sizes ? various sizes ranging from ultra-small diameter (0.3 mm) are available for each attachment. Furthermore, collet replacement can be easily performed without wrench. The chuck section of Electer-max has a special built-in dust protection mechanism the prevents entry of foreign mater such as chips and provides superior durability.
