CNC Internal Grinding Machine

Rekha Engineering Works, Established in the year of 1987, today is one of the leading manufacturers of high precision Cylindrical Grinding Machines. The Product range included CNC, PLC and Hydraulic Cylindrical External-Internal and Universal Grinders besides Special Purpose Grinders.

These high precision CNC controlled internal grinders are used for diverse internal grinding wide range of components. Modular design of these machines offers solution with Straight Bore & Taper Bore Grinding Operation.

Base:

The machine bed is of rigid fabricated structure dual stress-relieved with high static and dynamic rigidity. The design facilities easy flow of coolant for grinding dust.

 

Grinding Table (Z-Axis):

The table moves on V & Flat Bed with Turcite Guideways Table is driven by High precision pre-loaded 40 mm dia Ball screw directly coupled with servo motor with rigid coupling. The slide is duly protected by dust proof guard.

 

Grinding Head Slide (X-Axis):

Grinding head slide is made out of high grade cast iron suitably ribbed for high dynamic and thermal stability. It moves on high precision Oil lubricated LM guide ways. The drive to X-axis is through robust 40 mm dia. Ball screw is directly coupled with Servo Motor.

 

Wheel Head:

A variety of belt driven / high frequency spindles are available as per specific requirement be offered with different types of HF / Belt driven spindles. A variety of belt driven / high frequency spindles are available as per specific requirement. The electric spindles also feature CNC Controlled constant peripheral speed of grinding wheel will be provide optionally.

 

Work Head:

It has a rigid Universal Work Head. It has cartridge type spindle. Swivelling of + 10° is possible. Work head spindle runs with P-4 Class antifriction precision angular contact bearings. Work head Speed has variable AC Servo drive.

 

Dresser Unit:

The Hydraulic operated swing type dresser unit can be adjusted depending on the component diameter. Separate coolant jet keeps the diamond cool. The dressing devices would have a single diamond / multiple diamonds or a diamond roll.
