Elitech Machine Tools offers Hydraulic Surface Grinder, Model CK-60, with table size 600 x 300 mm. This is designed keeping in mind the requirements for rigid and more precise machine, which can be used for production as well as tool room applications. General: these machines with robust base structure have fixed column design. The heavy box type column casting with honeycombed ribbing is rigidly clamped to heavy base casting. The cartridge type spindle unit is fitted with pre-loaded super precision bearing, grease packed with imported grease to have long life trouble-free service. The spindle is directly coupled to the motor with flexible coupling to have positive power transmission and there is no belt to avoid belt tension. The effect of belt on surface finish is also avoided and assured to achieve maximum possible surface finish.
