Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine

Rekha Engineering offers Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine. It consists of several parts such as bed, table, work head, wheel head, tail stock, etc.
Bed:
Made of high-grade cast iron provided with strong ribs for rigidity and a large Inverted prismatic Guide and Wide track, for the table. All the guide ways are carefully hand scrapped to ensure high accuracy.
Table:
The table is composed of two parts. Upper table can be swivelled and set easily on either sides by means of setscrew and scale. Table slide is hydraulically operated. And cross slide is Hydro mechanically operated. The cut is taken by hand to avo.
Work Head:
The work head is swivelled type to grind angular as well as conical jobs. It is built for grinding both with revolving and stationery centres. The work head can be swivelled up to 45 to wards Wheal and away from wheel. Spindle is made from high· grade carbon alloy steel with MT-3 std. tapering spindle runs with precision angular contract bearing.
Wheel Head:
It is designed to raise efficiency and eliminates vibrations for fine finish grinding wheel spindle runs in white metal bush bearings. Automatic Lubrication is provided by splash system. Spindle made with high carbon alloys steal.
Tail Stock:
The tail stock spindle travels in perfectly honed bore. It is protected from dust. Tail Stock Spindle is spring loaded. MT-3 Spindle made with high carbon alloys steel.
