Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine

Rekha Engineering Works offers a Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine. This is available in various sizes and ranges between 100/300, 125/400, 125/600 and 125/1000 mm. This machine provides a maximum grinding length of 300, 400, 600 and 1000 mm. This grinding machine is used for cylindrical part grinding with centre-to-centre as well as live centre, for different lengths and sizes of the job. The main body of this machine is made of high-grade cast iron, and has a rigid strong rib. All the guideways are carefully hand scraped to ensure high accuracy. Table slide is hydraulically operated and cross side. A rapid approach is provided with a work head spindle, which runs with a precision angular contact bearing. It is built for grinding both with revolving and stationary centres. Wheel spindle runs in white metal bush bearing and an automatic lubrication is provided by a splash system.
