Hitesh Engineering Works offers a Hydraulic Universal Grinder Machine, 450 mm. This precision Model HEW 450 mm heavy-duty universal grinder is a light heavy-duty machine meant for high precision grinding of gauges, dies and punches for tool room application, with an accuracy on dia 0.002 micron. The one-piece machine body is made from close grain casting maximum grinding length 450 mm, and centre height 130 mm. The table is flat on one side and V-groove on other side, with Turcite B linear material coating and precision hand scraped to match corresponding surface of the guideways. The machine has a central motorised lubrication unit. The grinding wheel spindle is made from EN 24 steel material case hardened and super finished. It runs in the white metal bush for smooth running of grinding wheel. The grinding wheel size is 350 x 38 x 127 mm, with swivel 45° movement through rack and pinion. The work head spindle has angular contact bearing and four speeds and a separate hydraulic power pack unit with 24 V solenoid valve. It has a very smooth running of table having dwell time 0.30 second at both ends. Extra equipment is available on request.
