Hydraulic bore cum track grinding machine

Rushil Engineering offers a Hydraulic Bore Cum Track Grinding Machine. Bed and guideways – the bed is made of close grained graded casting and heavily ribbed for high rigidity; the hand scrapped V-flat table guide ways lined with Turcite `B’ linear bearing material to prevent stick slip motion. Workhead – the workhead spindle speed is infinitely variable through DC or AC drive. The spindle, hardened and ground, runs on precision antifriction P4 grade bearing. Infeed system comprises of hardened and ground feed screw for high positioning accuracy and nut provided with backlash adjustment. Dressing device – the dresser is mounted on main table, dressing compensation available in automatic grinding cycle. Hydraulic and coolant unit – hydraulic PP with DC solenoid valves and coolant unit are housed outside the machine as a separate unit to facilitate easy maintenance.
