High Precision Centerless Grinding Machine

The centreless grinding machine HCG-150 is designed for both through-feed and in-feed grinding. The machine features microfeed-fine adjustment for depth of cut. It also allows for minor taper adjustment without dressing. Having template truing devices fitted with linear slides, the grinding wheel and regulating wheel head is fitted with precision roller/hydrodynamic bearings. While regulating wheel variable speed drive is optional, separate motorized lubrication system for grinding wheel head with safety float switch is available. Also optional is precision ball screw for depth of cut in HCG-150. The dressing slides are hardened ground and protected with way wipers. The grinding wheel is duly balanced and easy to load and unload. The machine is compact, rigid and stable.
