Grinding Machines

Raj High Tech Ventures offers Grinding Machines. It is manufactured as per international standards. It carries out dressing operation of weld seam on rim of automotive wheels. It has two grinding spindles working on both sides of the welding seam simultaneously. Its grinding wheels are self dressing type and variable frequency drive is provided to optimise spindle speed. Spindles are supported in 2 pairs of sealed ball bearings. The in feed and cross feed motion to grinding wheels is provided by mechanical slides running on hardened guide-ways and lined with turcite-B strips. The rim is loaded manually on the fixture and clamped by pneumatic swing clamps. A pusher arrangement is provided to unload the component after grinding. All electrical controls and PLC are mounted in a dust proof sheet metal enclosure. Separate operator control panel and main control pendant are provided for smooth and user friendly operation of the machine.
