Grinding Machine, Angular Plunge

HMT's new angular plunge grinding machine (PCG 130APG) comes with a special feature of angular infeeding that enables OD and shoulder grinding simultaneously. The machine has an auto plunge grinding circle, infeed slide fitted with antifriction guideways and hand wheel resolution of 0.001mm.The work head spindle runs on precision antifriction bearings that ensure circularity accuracy of less than 0.002 mm. The wheel head spindle also runs on rigid but precision taper roller bearings that are capable of taking high radial as well as thrust loads.
