Grinding Plants

GEBR Jehmlich GmbH, Germany, offers universal grinding plants, Series Rekord, as a complete solution of all grinding problems. The series is available in different sizes with interchangeable grinding elements. The grinding chamber is within a case from iron-casting with a door that can be closed by screwing down a hand wheel. At the rear side of the case there is a bearing body with the drive shaft that runs on roller bearings and carries the interchangeable crushing elements. V-belts transmit the motor power to the grinder. As a rule, shaking feeder and solenoid box belong to the basic equipment. The desired result of grinding determines the selection of the interchangeable grinding elements. Crushing is made by beating effect of the rotating grinding elements and by collision of the accelerated particles against the stationary grinding elements. The shaking feeder ensures an even material flow. Two solenoid plates keep iron particles away from the mill. Due to the rotation of the rotor the mill takes in air. This air flow is used for both the transport of the ground stock through the grinding elements and at the same time for cooling.
