Bhagwati Engineering Works is a leading manufacturer of 30/80 Mesh Grinding Plant and all sizes of ball mill grinding plants for grinding quartz and feldspar. The company has been working in the field of manufacturing mineral grinding machinery since 1990, supplying these products to several large industrial concerns all over India and abroad for a long time and with experience gained through incessant efforts in this trade for a number of years. These machines are used in grinding of quartz and feldspar where the ball mill does the grinding of fine mesh (150-350 mesh). The 30/80 mesh grinding plant grinds grain size of 0 to 9 mm which finds its application in ceramic unit, glass industry, floor and wall tile plant, sanitary ware and also as a raw material in many other industries. It is also used as filler in foundries and steel plants, etc.
Disintegrator:
- Fabricated with 12 mm plate pedestal, pins, side plate 25 mm
- Bucket elector – six 24’ with 8 ply 8†patta, etc
- Rotary screen – with 3 screen included perforated sheets and platform
- Conveyor – 75’+ 40’+ 20’approx as required
- Mesh separator – size dia 4’, length 7’ approx conical in shape fab 3 mm sheet
- Complete pipe line – as required
- Jaw crusher – jaw crusher for stone crushing size 9â€x16†having
- Pulse jet fabric filter bag house - for air pollution control
- Magnet (1100-1200 gross) – two drums with 2 plate with magnet
