Grinders, Centreless

Bhagwansons offers tone down centreless grinder, Model CG-75 (mechanical) and Model HCG-75 (hydraulic). The machines are designed for both through feed and infeed grinding and are suitable for work pieces of 1.5 mm to 5 mm dia. These machines can be used to grind components of ferrous and non-ferrous materials as well as other materials like glass, rubber and plastic using suitable grinding and regulating wheels. The bed is designed with emphasis laid on higher rigidity and stability of machine. The structure of machine minimizes thermal deformation. Slide ways have been designed as wide as possible for better accuracy of machining. Special stress has been laid on grinding wheel head and regulating wheel head. Ultra precision bearings are used. Grinding wheel assembly is statically balanced to minimize vibration. Most wearable parts like main screw, worms, etc, are hardened and ground.
