Nemade Engineers offers Gear Grinding Machine, Promat Series. This is an internal and external gear grinding machine. It is specially modified, integrated with automatic loading/unloading systems for high volume production. The solid and thermally stable mono-block machine bed made from cast-mineral material allows the machine erection on almost any shop floor without foundation. It offers high productivity, utmost precision and flexibility to provide the user with an excellent cost-performance ratio. The user-friendly operating software, which was especially developed and the modern Siemens 840 D control allows the successful operation already, after a short training period. The short distance to the machine table creates an ergonomic working environment.
