Vijay Machine Tools offers Flexible Shaft Grinder, a product of the Elmaco Group known for its quality and trouble free service. This machine is widely used in fabricator workshops, foundries and heavy industries. It is mounted on castor wheels and can be easily moved around close to the job. The speed of the grinding machine at rated load is 2800 RPM. All the machines are suitable for operation on 400/440 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz and 220/230 V, 1-phase, 50 Hz supply. Provided with a cam switch mounted on top of the machine, each machine is also equipped with one flexible shaft, wheel guard and one coarse grinding wheel. The machine can also be used for buffing purpose by attaching a buffing attachment, which is available at extra cost. Mounted point wheels can also be fixed on a collet attachment, available at extra cost. The range of production is from 0.37 kW to 2.25 kW in 1-phase and 3-phase (2800 RPM). Special machines suitable for different voltage supply or frequency are also manufactured. Other products manufactured by the company include: bench grinders, pedestal grinders, abrasive belt grinders, pedestal buffers, bench polishers, mono-block coolant pumps and electric motors.
