Duplex Surface Grinder Machine

Laxmi Machine Tools offers a Duplex Surface Grinder Machine with through-feed. These machines use hydraulic dresser for both side emery wheels. Further, balance stands are provided to balance them. A magnetic separator is provided to remove the metal dust that gathers in the coolant during grinding operation. The vibrators fitted in these grinders ensure automatic smooth entry of the job into the machine. The job comes out from the back with both sides duplex grinded and surfaced with an accuracy of 5 microns. These machines have a capacity to produce eight thousand units in eight hours. The diameter of the emery wheel is 300-50-25 mm. The maximum grinding OD is 150 mm and a minimum of 15 mm. The machines use a total of 13 HP. These are in use with several reputed companies throughout the country.
