Duplex grinder

Alex Machine Tools, manufacturer of a range of machine tools, has now introduced a small size duplex grinder , Model DDV 500. This comes with a wheel size 500 mm diameter. This is an addition to the larger size machine DDV 600 already in use for the last decade in many industries. This new model is specially designed for thin piston rings, washers, etc, used in two wheeler industries. Double disc grinding machine is a super precision process of simultaneously grinding opposite and parallel surfaces at unbelievable rates of production. A variety of materials can be ground from ferrous through non ferrous ceramics. Both versions, ie, CNC as well as manual mode can be delivered.
