The universal hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine has heavy-duty one-piece graded CI bed and prismatic guide ways. Models are available with centre height 130, 150, 180, 200 and 400 mm, and admit between centre 300 to 2000 mm. The work head spindle speed ranges from 50 to 500 RPM (4 step) and is placed on adjustable high precision taper bush bearing or P4-grade bearings. Turcite-B slide ways are provided on both axis guide ways for stick/slip-free motion. The machine comes with an automatic centralised lubrication system.
