Cylindrical Grinding Machine

Rekha Industries offers a hydraulic cylindrical grinding machine, Model 125-600. The bed is made of high grade cast iron provided with strong ribs for rigidity and a large inverted prismatic guide and wide track for the table. All the guide ways are carefully hand scraped to ensure high accuracy. The hydraulically operated table is composed of two parts, and the cross slide is hydro mechanically operated. The work head is swivelled type to grind angular as well as conical jobs. It is built for grinding both with revolving and stationary centres. The work head can be swivelled up to 45 towards wheel and away from wheel. Spindle is made from high grade carbon alloy steel with MT-3 standard tapering spindle runs with precision angular contract bearing. The wheel head is designed to raise efficiency and eliminates vibration. For fine finish, the grinding wheel spindle runs in white metal bush bearings. Automatic lubrication is provided by splash system.
