Cylindrical Grinding Machine for SSIs & Training

Precision Machine Tool has developed a new Cylindrical Grinding Machine, Model PMTU/300/H, for small scale industries and industrial training institutes. This comes with high precision work head with DC infinitely variable drive, Morse Taper MT-3, wheel head and fine feed system. The machine has one piece graded cast iron casting bed with square ribs for rigidity and more strength and vibration proof; a specially developed wheel head unit for diamond wheel mounting; and it is vibration proof. The machine can manufacture conventional, hydraulic and auto plunge cut within processing gauge and internal grinding attachment is also provided on demand. The machine is tested as per IS specification and supplied with operating manual and test certificate.
