Creep feed grinders - CRM series

Gujarat-based ELB Schliff, one of the leading machine tool manufacturers in India, is a joint venture company with technical and financial collaboration with ELB GmbH, Germany. CRM Series creep feed grinders use a method employed in grinding with large cutting depth and a relatively slow table speed. This is a totally engineered machine for high precision quality requirements. The machine complies with CE norms. Features: electro-mechanical table drive with ball screws; controlled friction liners, LM guides/hydro-static guides for smooth movement for all axes; electro-mechanical feed drive through ball screw for in-feed in Y- axis; linear scale option in Y-axis and Z-axis for accurate positioning with 0.001 mm resolution; hydro-mechanical cross clamping for cross slide; high precision spindle on P2 class angular contact bearings; and thermal stabilisation of spindle as a special feature.
