CNC Grinding Machine

Korber Schleifring offers CNC grinding machine. This machine with its 5 axes ideally embodies the unique Walter universal grinding machine concept. This is a machine characterised by its patent-protected gantry design, minimal space requirement, extreme stability, operating convenience and, first and foremost, its universal scope of application. One grinding head with two spindle ends fitted with up to eight grinding wheels and an automatic tool measuring and positioning system make for outstanding flexibility. Along side standard geometries, even the most complex geometries can naturally also be ground in a single clamping operation. Loader both designed for small batch work, or alternatively with a production loader capable of accommodating several hundred tools for operation with minimal manning. The Helitronic Power is fitted with Walter"s latest control system development, the HMC 600 based on the Windows XP operating system and featuring a 2.4 GHz processor (Pentium 4) and a clearly arranged 15" TFT touch screen. The control panel is configured specifically to address the needs of grinding applications.
