CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machines

Parishudh CNC cylindrical grinding machines are designed to meet contemporary customer requirements by using state-of-the-art CNC technology. Extremely close tolerances, short cycle times, flexible machining capabilities are some of the salient features of the machine. It can be employed and programmed for the operations in one set up like plunge grinding, traverse grinding, taper grinding and face grinding. The machine bed is designed close to cubical structure for better thermal stability. It provides excellent damping characteristics and maximum inherent rigidity. Bed flushing is provided to remove the muck from bed and for better thermal stability. The bed is specifically designed with both side slopes for quick disposal of coolant. The work head spindle has a rigid and compact construction. All the part are manufactured, tested, and assembled under temperature controlled dust free environment. A rigid dead and/or live centre work head with MT5 taper, poly V belt and infinitely variable stepless control ensures grinding capability for every application. Bearings are sealed for life by using bi-metallic mechanical seal. The job is driven by powerful AC servomotor through poly V/timer belt and gives infinitely variable speed in the entire speed range. A universal type work head, spindle orientation for easy loading/unloading will be offered optionally.
