CNC DUPLEX SURFACE GRINDER - MODEL DDH 600

Alex Machine Tools manufactures Heavy-Duty CNC Duplex Surface Grinder, Model DDH-600. Each of the two spindles is powered by 20 HP motor and carries a 600 mm dia grinding wheel. Fully automatic dressing cycle, with wheel wear compensation, ensures consistent accuracy without operator dependence. The spindle is of one-piece forged construction running in heavy-duty super precision bearings. The machine is ideally suitable for mass production of components like piston rings, connecting rods, bearing races, valve seats, valve plates and ferrite, ceramic and carbon components.
