- Wheel spindle drive motors are mounted on the machine base to eliminate motor vibrations not to reach spindle
- Wheel spindles are driven by motors thru pulleys and Fenner flexible couplings to take care of misalignment due to tilt of grinding head
- Motorised swing arm type dresser is mounted on rear side of the machine base
- The dresser arm is pivoted with taper roller bearing arrangement
- Feeder is driven by AC variable drive
- Manual pulse generator is provided to move wheel head slide manually
- Machine is designed to execute automatic plunge/through grinding cycle by CNC system programme by loading components in rotary feeder
- Automatic dressing cycle can be performed by CNC system programme
- Automatic size correction, because of wheel wear can be programmed based on number of components ground
- Built-in interlocks for safe operation of the machine
