Centreless Grinding Machines

Solar Machine Tools offer centreless grinding machines in several models (75 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm). Their speciality is in grinding precision taper rollers in through-feed system. They are available in precision taper roller bearing or bush bearing to grind ferrous and non-ferrous metals and ceramics. All models are provided with hydraulic dressing devices. Profile dressing system for grinding wheel-head and regulating wheel-head can also be supplied. It is designed for through-feed and in-feed grinding. Regulating wheel-head is universal in horizontal and vertical types. Special accessories like pressurised oil circulating unit for grinding wheel-head, magnetic coolant clarifier and bar feeding attachment for bright bar grinding can also be supplied. The machine is suitable for automobile, bearing, textile and engineering industries.
