Centreless grinding machines are available in two models MCG-50 (manual dressing) and MCG-50H (hydraulic dressing). They are rugged, precision built machine having many outstanding features which insure high micro finishes and close tolerance at fast production speeds. The machines are designed for both through feed and infeed grinding and suitable for work pieces up to 50 mm dia. The spindle provides a new degree of smooth, cool, vibration less and trouble free performance. Secret of the spindle is its successful combination of super precision twin roller bearings and double row, pre loaded super precision ball bearings, which eliminate all lateral deflection.
