The Hanwha centreless grinding machine Type KCG-200J features include the following: grinding wheel 20" diameter x 8"; solid ribbed machine base; grinding wheel head with dovetail Turcite ? slideway with high-precision spindle; regulating wheel head slide with dovetail Turcite ? slideways with high-precision spindle. Also: automatic electric control plunge cycle; copy dressing units for grinding and regulating wheel spindle; and integrated electrical cabinet with control panel on the machine. Other major specifications include the following: grinding wheel speed 1,500 RPM; regulating wheel 11" diameter x 10", with speed range of 22-225 RPM; grinding wheel motor, 14.3 HP; and regulating wheel motor, 1 HP.
