Centreless Grinders

Bhagwansons offers a Centreless Grinder, HCG-200/250. It is compact, rigid and stable design. It is used for both through-feed and in-feed grinding. It has micro feed-fine adjustment for depth of cut; minor taper adjustment without dressing; and template truing devices fitted with linear slides. The grinding wheel and regulating wheel heads are fitted with precision bearings. Features: regulating wheel variable speed drive through AC motor; separate motorised lubrication system for grinding wheel head; adjustable backlash screw nut; dressing slides hardened ground and protected with way wipers; hardened and ground screw threads as well as that of spindles; grinding wheel duly balanced; and has easy loading/ unloading of grinding wheel. Specifications ? maximum opening between new wheels: from 2 to 125 mm; maximum width in in-feed grinding: from 20 to 250 mm; grinding wheel dimension: 500 x 200 x 304.8 mm/ 500 x 254 x 304.8 mm; regulating wheel dimension: 300 x 200 x 127 mm/ 305 x 254 x 127 mm; stepless variable speed: from 10 to 250 RPM/ from 10 to 250 RPM; and swiveling about horizontal axis: +6/-3 degree/ +6/-3 degree.
