Centreless Grinder

Machine Tools Traders (Madras) offers precision centreless grinding machine with hydraulic dressing attachment frpm Supertec of Taiwan. The slideways of regulating wheel are cast double reverse V-type and precisely hand scraped and coated with Turcite ? B allowing a smooth movement and longevity. Both grinding wheel spindles are made of alloy steel and carbonized hardened and ground, to obtain high accuracy and long life. Two models are available: STC-12 - grinding capacity 1-30 mm with special work rest 30-50 mm, wheel size 305 x 140 x 127 mm, and regulating wheel size 200 x 140 x 90 mm; and, STC-20 - grinding capacity 1- 50 mm with special work rest 50-90 mm, wheel size 508 x 200 x 305 mm, and regulating wheel size 305 x 200 x 127 mm.
