Centreless Grinder

The Centreless Grinder is versatile, handy, efficient and used for solving problems. The design is capable of producing centreless ground parts, as cylindrical, taper shouldered special form of multi diameter, taper roller in through feed method and drum roller with high degree of diametrical consistent accuracy, manually or hydraulic dressing. Available in 50, 100, 125 and 150 mm sizes, This grinder is of rugged and dependable designed made of close grain cast iron in one-piece body to prevent vibration. It embody all the outstanding features required in a centreless grinding machine. The important section of the machine is engineered to the high standard of rigidity and stiffness. Spindle is made from EN 24 steel, case hardened and super finished runs in adjustable white metal bush type bearing.
