Centreless Grinding Machine, Model LM-3

Laxman Machine Tools offers a Centreless Grinding Machine, Model LM-3. This has filmatic bearing type spindle or hydrodynamic bearing and hydrostatic lobe type bearing. Both versions are available, which can give high radial accuracy and good Ra value in jobs compared to just ordinary bearings. An additional benefit is very long spindle life compared to other bush or any ball and roller bearings. Hydrodynamic spindle head has some safety features, which can give long spindle life: special lubrication circuit and rotary pump for lubrication of spindle and hydrodynamic bearing; entry and exit oil filter for long life spindle; special designed white metal adjustable and self-centring hydrodynamic pad for giving presser rise oil film between spindle and pad; specially designed oil circuit for hydrodynamic pad and long life for spindle, without complete oil circuit spindle cannot run, if come oil brakeage in oil circuit then spindle immediate stop; and oil lubrication window for viewing lubrication of spindle. Laxman automatic plunge sizers are a combination theory of hydraulic cylinder and hardened and tempered cam, which can give high precision in plunge cut. Auto plunge cut LM-3 models have a provision for adjust grinding time, feeding cut and speed, rapid movement. Variable speed control drive, micro feeding, hydraulic dressing, auto plunge cut cycle, coolant filter systems are also available as extra accessories.
