Centreless Grinding Machine

Precision Machine Tool, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company by BVQI-UKAS, offers a high precision Centreless Grinding Machine, Models PMT-75-H, PMT-100-H and PMT-150-H for different types of job grinding. This has a box structure design, heavily reinforced with ribs, which provides high rigidity and stability. The spindle runs in precision white metal bush bearings conforming to SAE-15, which gives very high accuracy and excellent surface finish to the wok piece. An infinitely variable AC drive is provided to get infinitely variable speeds of regulating wheel. The in feed is imparted to the regulating wheel slide to hardened and profiled ground feed screw, which ensures high positioning accuracy and repeatability. Easy taper correction is provided. The company also offers automatic plunge grinding cycle (optional), separate hydraulic dressing device with infinitely variable dressing speed, separate hydraulic unit fitted with 24 V DC valve, and a centralised lubrication system for efficient and positive lubrication of moving parts.
