Centreless Grinding Machine

The Centreless Grinding Machine is generally meant for metallic and non-metallic parts for mass production with micron accuracy. The machine body is of one-piece close-grained cast iron. The wheel head is of special alloy steel, heat treated, ground and lapped for high accuracy and long life. White metal bush bearing of special design is used for high accuracy and excellent surface finish. Regulating wheel head is mounted on double slide and swivel plate arrangement. Specially heat treated, ground and lapped spindle runs in oil immersed, anti-friction bearing. DC drive or AC variable drive is provided to get variable speed of regulating wheel/work piece. For fast and accurate taper grinding and taper correction, regulating wheel can be swivelled in horizontal plane by the swivel plate. A centralised lubrication system is provided for efficient and positive lubrication of moving parts. The other products available include roll grinding machine, auto camber roll grinding machine, etc.
