Basic specifications: grinding diameter is 2 mm (min) to 100 mm (max); maximum length in through feed grinding is 220 mm; grinding wheel size is 350 x 100 x 127 mm; regulating wheel size is 230 x 100 x 76.2 mm; regulating wheel speed infinitely variable to 2 to 500 RPM; swivel of regulating wheel head is 1 degree to 5 degree, horizontal plane for taper correction/taper grinding; vertical plane for through feed grinding; manual/hydraulic grinding and regulating wheel dresser; swivel of grinding and regulating wheel dresser is ±5 degree; grinding wheel motor power is 5 HP; and regulating wheel motor power is 1 HP. Single liver operated automatic plunge grinding cycle is available on demand.
