Rushil Engineering offers a hydraulic bore cum track grinding machine. The bed is made of close-grained graded casting and heavily ribbed for high rigidity. The hand scrapped V-flat table guide ways lined with Turcite `B’ linear bearing material to prevent stick slip motion. The workhead spindle speed is infinitely variable through DC or AC drive. The spindle, hardened and ground, runs on precision anti-friction P4 grade bearings. The infeed system comprises of hardened and ground feed screw for high positioning accuracy and nut provided with backlash adjustment. The dresser is mounted on main table. Dressing compensation available in automatic grinding cycle. Hydraulic PP with DC solenoid valves and coolant unit are housed outside the machine as a separate unit to facilitate easy maintenance.
