Rolex Enterprise manufactures Bench Grinders by using the latest technology and is subject to rigid quality controls at each stage. All components are precisely machined and assembled to ensure smooth running, interchangeability of parts and life-long trouble free service. The body is made of high-grade cast iron, normalized to ensure strength and rigidity, consistent with neat and pleasing appearance. The Spindle is of high-grade steel and is mounted on deep grooved ball bearings of ample load capacity. The bearings inserted are of high quality and ball bearings are greased and sealed adequately against ingress of abrasive dust. Each machine is provided with rotary switch mounted on the base for operating the motor. The wheel guards are provided on grinders with end caves may be easily removed for fitting of grinding wheels. The adjustable tool rests are provided to ensure maximum usage of grinding wheels.
