Bench Grinder With Built-In Dust Collector

Prem Brothers, a CE certified organisation, offers “Power Master” brand heavy-duty Bench Grinders with built-in Dust Collectors, specially designed for collection of dust generated during the grinding process. These are mounted on a rigid steel frame. This machine is directly driven by heavy duty drive 2.2 kW 3 HP, 3-phase, 50 cycles, 1440 RPM complete with starters, two grinding wheels 14” x 2” aluminium oxide, heavy-duty MS wheel guards, job rests and a dust collector motor, 1.5 HP, 3-phase. The dust collector is fitted with a manual shaker, dust drawer, bag filters, 2 units of suction inlets, dia 100 mm ID, Model BIDC-314. The dust collectors have high filtering efficiency to enable them to grasp even the finest dust particles. Cotton filtering sleeves provide with total security against inflammation. Other sizes of grinders; and other options of belt grinding machines and wheel grinding machine with dust collectors are available on request.
